45 Degree TRX Body Row (Build Muscle and Strength; Upper Back)

This is an excellent and safe way to build and strengthen the muscles of the upper back. For those of you who regularly do dumbbell rows with a monster dumbbell, consider this as a great exercise to make a giant set with. You can also increase the angle and add a weighted vest for more difficulty.
